Château Pabus

Château Pabus is the wine estate’s flagship product. Robert. S. Dow strives to make this wine one of the best Merlot cuvées in the grand tradition of Bordeaux.

This bold ambition is inspired by the natural richness of the vineyards and the example of nearby wine estates producing some of the most exclusive wines in the region.

Argile de Pabus

For thousands of years, up until the 18th century, wine was stored in clay pots. Inspired by its 12th-century pottery, Château Pabus went back to the origins of wine making and in 2019, started the production of “Argile de Pabus” (argile is French for clay).

Le Rosé de Pabus
‘Cuvée Prestige’

Oak casks ‘barriques’ are a key component in the vinification process at Château Pabus. The vinification in oak casks give the wine extra structure and body. It makes the Rosé de Pabus ‘Cuvée Prestige’ a perfect companion at lunch, dinner or a refined aperitif.
